VII |
Every human being has the right to freely cultivate their Faith, Religion, and Spirit, based on Human Tradition.
Unite human beings through a modern, accessible, universal language that belongs to no nation but belongs to all, and that enables the accumulation of human knowledge through the ages.
Seek truth, beauty, and justice, with wisdom and reason, aiming for harmony with traditions, nature, individuality, spirit, and the cosmos.
Personal rights and social duties must be in balance.
Nations are temporary borders that represent human groups gathered together and should be directed to provide dignity, freedom, and order to their citizens without useless laws and without excesses and privileges.
Mandatories, whether they are kings, presidents or others, ministers, politicians, judges, and military commanders of nations, and every person with a collective function necessary for the organization of their people, should not have privileges or high salaries and should be removed at the slightest sign of corruption, with multiplied penalties. The greater the collective power, the greater the penalty.
Large states tend to become expensive, onerous, and oppressive to maintain their structures, which brings suffering to the people, and they always need improvement in their mechanisms and positions so that they are of value to the citizen.
Nations need to maintain a spirit of friendship, tolerance, and respect, and disputes that cannot be resolved by trade and diplomacy should be submitted to an international court formed by upright judges from various nations.
The universe is slow and continuous, and everyone's passage is temporary, as is their work, and respect for the freedom of each essence is the law.
