These considerations are for times of peace and the joint pursuit of evolution and consciousness.
The Essence:
1. The human being has the right to freely cultivate their Faith, Religion, and Spirit, based on Tradition.
2. To stimulate local and traditional languages and unite human beings through a modern, accessible, universal language that does not belong to any single people or nation but is common human property, and that enables human knowledge to be accumulated through the ages.
3. To seek Truth, Beauty, and Justice, with wisdom and reason, respecting Traditions and harmony with nature, healthy Individuality, the Spirit, and the Cosmos.
4. The human being needs to grow in a nucleus that provides basic necessities, respect, art, sport, religion, and activities that distance them from ignorance, disease, and suffering, with distinct respect for children, until they reach majority and adult consciousness.
The Nations:
5. Personal rights and social duties must be in balance, and state money is the money of people who work and produce for the common good, and its rulers and judges must be firmly held accountable and responsible for the use of these resources.
6. Nations are temporal borders that represent gathered human groups and should be directed to provide dignity, freedom, and order to their citizens without useless laws, excesses, and privileges.
7. Mandataries, whether they be kings, presidents, chancellors, ministers, politicians, judges, and military commanders of nations, and every person with a collective function necessary for the organization of their people, must not have privileges or high salaries and must be removed at the slightest indication of corruption, with multiplied penalties. Greater the collective power, greater the responsibility and greater the penalty.
8. States always need improvements in their mechanisms and positions so that they are useful to the citizen.
9. Nations need to maintain a spirit of friendship, tolerance, and respect, and disputes that cannot be resolved by exchanges and diplomacy must be submitted to an international tribunal formed by honest and recognized judges from various stable nations.
The Common Destiny:
10. The universe is slow and continuous, and the passage of each one is temporary, as is their work, and respect for the freedom of each essence is the law.
This manifesto is living and will be reviewed from time to time, with Consciousness and the pursuit of Wisdom.
